Pairing regional New Zealand Wines with your 3-course garden-inspired meal.Join us with Chef Miranda Aylward for an afternoon to learn about our permaculture journey here at River Valley Lodge and how you can apply it at home. Learn to cook healthy food inspired by a seasonal garden. 
Miranda Aylward is our head chef with over 15 years experience, trained in Nutrient Dense Foods and Foraging at the Koanga Institute. Her passions lie in producing wholesome, healthy food.
